Earlier this year, the
Rothchild-Wright Group
put forward a proposal to maintain, run and develop Highland Park's
Water Department. For various reasons, their presentation did
not impress the HP council at the time, and they
voted the proposal down.
Although the state-appointed city manager, Ramona Pearson has the
power to over-ride the council and mayor, she appears to have gone
along with the council & mayor's wishes, at least for the time
being.Rebounding, the Rothchild-Wright
Group wishes to present its proposal to the citizenry of Highland
Park, and has asked HPFolks to place their concept:
