If someone were to ask me my demands for the city of Highland Park, I would want all the vacant homes demoslihed. Maybe someone could provide funding. I think all homeowers/slumlords should be fined for unhabitable dwellings. These funds could be recycled into the community. This will also boost property value and allow room for new homes and developers. | ||
