Effective March 1, 2004, all block clubs and homeowners associations must be registered with Operation Weed and Seed in order to receive assistance with clean-up projects in the form of dumpsters, tools, etc. A block club packet can be forwarded to any block club not registered with us by contacting our office at 313-868-5136 or by email at hpweedandseed@ameritech.net. Note if a block club has not received a block club packet from Weed and Seed or has received a packet and not returned the registration forms then that group is not registered with our office. |
