This is a perfect example of people who using drugs.It makes people see things that's not real. I was raised here in the big HP every since 1956, and I have NEVER seen a Big Boy here in Highland Park.Again years ago on Woodward between California & Massachusetts there once was a Howard Johnsons.This site gets funnier and funnier first there was anonymous who hate,and now we having (I Believe) the same one posting about things that was never in Highland Park. (bite) (bite). Jeff your rememberance is 100% correct.When it comes to what was here in Highland Park I remember them,and those was the days when HIghland Park was known as the City of Trees,and now it's known as a battleground to survive. | ||

I want white people to come back. Highland Park and Detroit were relatively safe, clean, fun, intergrated and prosperous when they ruled. Yes, some white men bought slaves way back when but black men in Africa sold them. | ||

I love my new house in HP and hope more people like myself move in and really make a positive difference in this community. HP's location makes it a prime candidate for being one of the areas top locations. | ||

me2gs. Congrats on the new home! Highland Park has a lot going for her including location... information is tough to get but what I have seen on current development is encouraging. Too often redevelopment ignores (or runs over) people who have fought to hold a community together. |
