As a Community person here in Highland Park I hope that 2005 will be a better community communication year.Because the past years have been hell.We elect people to serve us in the City Administration.We elect people to represent us in Lansing,and from what I can see is they are servicing outside of Highland Park very well,and have forgot that the citizens of Highland Park votes put them there also.However one of my main concerns is the well-being of our community children's safety and their education.Thereforth I urge all Highland Park citizens to vote for the right person to serve on our School Board in May. Also I would like to salute a young member of the Highland Park community Joshua Harris.Thanks for being one of the many honorible students that Highland Park have,and I am here to give you a " Black Power " Salute,and keep up the good work.I do hope that here in 2005 since Highland Park is 98% black we will all come together as one,and remove all the garbage from City Offices that's making us look bad,and it's our rights to have them removed if they are not servicing us.In closing as the School election gets closer I will announce who I am supporting,and I urge the citizens to make the right choice.Rebuilding Highland Park is a WE project not a what I did program. |
